- Does booking cost anything?
- No. Booking through Minutify is free for customers. You pay the salon for the service itself, at the salon.
- Can I cancel or move my appointment?
- Yes, from "My bookings". Each salon sets its own cancellation window — usually 24 hours — and the booking page tells you how long you have.
- Do I need an account?
- No. You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code, so there is no password to remember.
